Maths Teacher – Redditch

A great opportunity has arisen for a talented and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join a ‘Good’-rated secondary school in Redditch from September 2025. This long-term supply role is ideal for both experienced teachers and ECTs looking to make a strong start in a supportive school environment.

The Role
You’ll be teaching Maths across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering well-structured lessons that build confidence and mathematical fluency. This is a full-time teaching role with responsibilities for planning, marking, and assessment. The Maths department is well-resourced and collaborative, and you’ll be encouraged to bring your own ideas to the classroom.
 
The Candidate
We’re looking for a confident and committed Maths Teacher with QTS (or on track to achieve it if you’re an ECT). You should be passionate about your subject and eager to help pupils of all abilities succeed. Strong classroom management and a positive, proactive attitude are key.
