Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled English Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Solihull from September 2025. This is a full-time, long-term supply position, ideal for both experienced teachers and ECTs ready to inspire students with a love of language and literature.

The Role
You’ll be delivering engaging and well-structured English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, covering both Language and Literature. The role involves full teaching responsibilities, including planning, marking, and assessment. The English department is collaborative and well-resourced, ensuring you have the tools and support to help students achieve their best.
The Candidate
You will hold QTS (or be completing your ECT year) and have a passion for bringing English to life in the classroom. Strong classroom management skills, the ability to differentiate effectively, and a positive, proactive approach are essential.
