The Role
We’re looking for adaptable and confident Supply Teachers to work across secondary schools in Wolverhampton, providing day-to-day cover as and when required. This role offers complete flexibility, making it ideal for teachers seeking work that fits around other commitments or those wanting to experience a variety of school environments.
You’ll deliver pre-set lessons, maintain strong behaviour standards, and ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher—without the burden of planning or marking. Each day brings a new challenge, and no two assignments are ever the same.
 
The Candidate
You should be an enthusiastic and reliable practitioner who can step into classrooms with confidence. We are looking for someone who is:
  • A qualified teacher with QTS or an instructor with strong classroom experience
  • Comfortable delivering lessons across a range of subjects at KS3 and KS4
  • Skilled in managing behaviour and building quick rapport with students
  • Flexible, professional, and able to adapt to different school settings
 
The Schools
You’ll be working across a range of Wolverhampton secondary schools, all with supportive staff and clear systems in place. Cover teams are well-organised and welcoming, making it easy to integrate quickly into each school’s routine.
