Pay rate £34 per hour
Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work in Norfolk Council.
This is to work in a Hospital Team.
As a social worker in this small friendly team, you will be part of a larger multi-disciplinary team, which aims to promote the wellbeing of those in later life, living with mental health. This is a great opportunity for a social worker to further develop specialist knowledge and skills in older persons mental health.
