Pay rate £40-45 per hour  
Contract role, CQC Registered Manager  

We are recruiting for experienced CQC Registered Manager in West London.  
Role Requirements   
To be a CQC Registered Manager delivering services which are fully compliant with legislative and regulatory requirements in accordance with the Care Act 2014  
To develop a robust, knowledgeable, skilled staff team and provide them with leadership and management to ensure they work effectively to support adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Complex Needs  
Ensure provision of high-quality care, support and supervision to service users’ health needs and complex behaviours using the service  
Work collaboratively, in partnership with key stakeholders, including Social Workers, Health, Housing and Commissioning to ensure a robust referral process and plan for new adults referred to the service is achieved  
To ensure systems are in place for evidencing good practice and ensuring continuous review and development to better meet the needs of adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Complex Needs.
