Salary: £12.21 - £15.95 per hour
Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00)
Contract: Temporary, 08/09/2025 – 28/11/2025

Network Recruitment Wales is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join the Enquiry & Assessment Team (EAT) within the Children’s Services Business Support Team in Rhondda Cynon Taf (RCT) as a Clerical Assistant.

About the Role:
Based in Tonypandy (CF40 1NY), this temporary full-time position offers a hybrid working model, combining home-based work with occasional office cover to support Social Work staff and ensure seamless business continuity. As part of the dynamic EAT Business Support Team, you’ll play a key role in processing information accurately and efficiently to support initial assessments and identify ongoing family support needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-quality administrative support in a fast-paced office environment.
• Ensure all data is processed in line with current guidance, maintaining strict attention to detail.
• Support the EAT team in delivering critical services to families.
• Collaborate with Social Work staff to maintain business continuity.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Previous administrative experience in a busy office environment is advantageous.
• Skills: IT literacy, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
• Eligibility: Candidates must provide a CV, 2 years of references, and eligibility to work within Children’s Services.
