Hours: 18.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00, flexible)
Salary: Competitive PAYE: £12.21 per hour | Umbrella: £15.77 per hour 

Are you a reliable and detail-oriented individual ready to make a difference? NRW People is thrilled to offer an exciting temporary Static Cleaner role in Cardiff with travel to static blocks of flats across the city. Starting 3 November 2025, this 13-week position covers a vacant post, offering a chance to deliver high-quality cleaning in a supportive community setting.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide top-notch cleaning of communal areas in static blocks of flats, following strict health and safety procedures.
• Risk assess work areas, report repairs, and liaise with the Caretaking Supervisor on operational or tenancy issues.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with excellent service, documenting work to support management and achieve BICSc training standards.
• Work 18.5 hours weekly (09:00 - 17:00), adapting to various locations across Cardiff.

What We’re Looking For:

• A trustworthy individual with a commitment to safety and customer care (training provided, including BICSc standards).
• Ability to work part-time (18.5 hours) and travel to different flat blocks in Cardiff.
• Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance to Cardiff.

Essential Requirements:

• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Matrix Right to Work Form (to be submitted with application).
• 3 years of references (to be submitted with application).
• Criminal Convictions Declaration (to be submitted with application).
• Proof of Approval (to be submitted with order).
• DBS check on the Update Service (required, to be submitted with application).
