Delivery Support (Divestiture Tech Carve-Out) – 6 months+ – Hybrid/London - £550/£600 Outside

We are looking for a contract Delivery Support / Manager to join a small team working on a divestiture Tech Carve-Out / Tech De-Coupling project.

To apply you should have the following skills/experience:

Previous experience of working on a tech separation and a Transitional Service Agreement (TSA) – with battle scars
Excellent interpersonal skills / be communicator
Very strong organisational skills
Effective divestiture planning skills
Strong relationship building, collaboration & teamwork ethic
No direct reports and you need to have very hands-on delivery expertise (a doer, not a manager)
