We’re looking for a Junior ColdFusion / CFML Developer who wants to learn, grow and be part of a team delivering secure, cloud-based collaboration software for central government, healthcare and defence clients.

This is a great opportunity to develop your skills, gain hands-on experience and work on projects that genuinely matter.

 
What the role involves

You’ll work alongside experienced developers, helping to:

• Build and enhance platform features using CFML (ColdFusion), jQuery and SQL
• Support maintenance, bug fixes and performance improvements
• Apply secure coding practices in a high-trust environment
• Test, debug and contribute to code reviews
• Take part in team meetings, planning sessions and technical discussions

 

You’ll get regular mentoring, guidance and exposure to how secure software is built, deployed and improved.
 

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• A passion for learning and building things through code
• Some knowledge or interest in:
  • CFML / ColdFusion
  • jQuery
  • SQL
  • Elasticsearch
  • Redis
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
