💡 What You'll Be Doing:

Building trusted relationships with children and families
Delivering high-quality, strengths-based assessments
Creating and managing tailored care plans that promote safety, dignity, and long-term positive change
Managing a varied caseload with support from your manager and peers
Collaborating with multi-agency teams to safeguard vulnerable children
Offering advice and guidance to unqualified staff or students as needed

✅ Who We’re Looking For:

Registered with Social Work England
4+ years post-qualification experience in statutory children’s services
Skilled in child protection, assessment, and multi-agency working
Confident communicator with strong mediation and negotiation skills
Able to work creatively, flexibly, and with a solutions-focused mindset
Committed to continuous improvement and high-quality service delivery
