Social Worker - Childcare Management Team
£38.42 per hour
South Wales
37 hours p/w, hybrid working

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Social Worker to join a Childcare Management Team in South Wales on locum basis.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to contribute directly to outcomes for children and families. You will bring professional expertise, new ideas, and a commitment to reflective practice, supporting a culture of continuous improvement across our services.

As part of our Childcare Management Team, you will:
  • Deliver high-quality, child-centred social work practice
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and partner agencies
  • Support the development of services and promote best practice
  • Benefit from a supportive management structure that prioritises professional development and staff wellbeing

What you need:
  • A degree in Social Work or equivalent
  • Registered with Social Care Wales
  • Completed relevant post-qualifying training
  • Enhanced DBS check
  • Excellent communication and written skills
