We are currently seeking an experienced Head of Repairs to lead a high-performing repairs service for a respected organisation in West London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic leader with a strong background in housing repairs and maintenance to drive service improvements and ensure high-quality delivery across the board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the repairs service ensuring performance targets are met
• Drive continuous improvement across operational teams
• Oversee budgets, compliance, and contractor performance
• Strengthen customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery
• Manage senior stakeholders and provide clear performance reporting

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience within repairs & maintenance services (ideally in social housing)
• Strong commercial and contract management skills
• Track record of delivering improved performance and service standards
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities

Contract Details:

• Location: West London
• Duration: Initial 6-month contract with potential extension
• Rate: £600 per day (Umbrella)
