🕒 Hours: Mon–Fri, 38 hours per week (flexible)
💷 Pay: £13.52 per hour

Pertemps is looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join the Warrington Fleet Administration team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment supporting one of the UK’s most iconic delivery services.
Key Responsibilities
🔸 Communication Hub
Be the first point of contact for internal and external communications — managing calls, emails, and post, and directing enquiries efficiently.
🔸 Organisation & Record-Keeping
Create, organise, and maintain digital and physical filing systems and databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection guidelines.
🔸 Documentation & Reporting
Draft, type, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations. Take minutes in meetings.
Support vehicle procurement — from selection and negotiation to purchasing or leasing agreements.
Ensure regulatory compliance (including vehicle licensing).
Generate regular reports covering fleet performance, fuel usage, maintenance, and utilisation rates.

✔ Confident using Microsoft Office and basic IT systems
✔ High attention to detail and ability to multitask
✔ A proactive, positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team
