Job Description
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Maths Teacher to join a high-performing secondary school in Redditch from September 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for a QTS-qualified teacher to deliver engaging Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 in a supportive and well-led environment.

- Salary: £175 – £250 per day (depending on experience)

The Role
As a Maths Teacher, you’ll plan and deliver structured, curriculum-aligned lessons to KS3 and KS4 pupils, helping them build confidence and fluency in core mathematical concepts. You’ll be expected to track progress, support differentiated learning and contribute to departmental planning. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys making Maths accessible, relevant, and rewarding for all learners.
The Candidate
The school is seeking someone who is:
A qualified teacher with QTS (ECTs will also be considered)
Confident teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4
Skilled at classroom management and building rapport with students
Able to use real-life applications to make Maths engaging and meaningful
Organised, collaborative, and reflective in their teaching practice
